Research Project

• DiP-iQ-Hemp    

Within the DiP Saxony-Anhalt   , the iQ-Hemp project aims to establish industrial hemp as a new income source for farms and as a sustainable economic factor in the southern Saxony-Anhalt region. In collaboration with the Martin Luther University Halle Wittenbergs's Institute of Agricultural and Nutritional Sciences, field research on suitable hemp varieties are being conducted, as well as the development of automated, image-based quality control along the entire value chain based on machine learning.
