Cybersicherheit: Institut für Informatik erhält Millionenförderung für Forschung zu KI
(Juli 2024) Wie Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) dabei helfen kann, Cyberattacken zu erkennen und abzuwehren, untersucht ein neues Forschungsprojekt am Institut für Informatik der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (MLU). Hierfür erhält die MLU rund zwei Millionen Euro aus Mitteln des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt und des Europäischen Fonds für Regionale Entwicklung. Außerdem will das Team um Dr. Sandro Wefel Ansätze entwickeln, um auf KI-basierte Cyberattacken reagieren zu können.
